Do I need prior experience in lawn care to become a franchisee?
Not necessarily. While many of our franchisees come from a lawn care or landscaping background, we provide comprehensive training in turf science, customer service, and business operations. If you’re passionate about growth and customer satisfaction, we’ll help you succeed.

What kind of support will I receive as a franchisee?
You’ll receive ongoing support from day one, including:

How much can I earn as a franchisee?
Your earnings depend on your market, effort, and how you scale. That said, our Enviro Bronze Package alone can generate over $300 in profit per customer for average suburban properties. With bundled services and upsells, many franchisees see significantly higher margins than they did as independents.

What’s included in the franchise fee?
Your franchise fee includes:

What’s the total investment to get started?
Here’s a breakdown:

Franchise Fee: $25,000
Equipment Package: $15,000–$20,000
Service Vehicle: $50,000–$90,000

What are my ongoing monthly costs for an Enviro Masters franchise?

Royalty fee: 5% on revenue up to $500,000 and 3% on revenues over $500,000
Marketing fee: 2%
CRM package: $500/month

How large is my territory?

Most franchisees are up and running within 60–90 days, depending on equipment delivery, territory setup, and training completion. We’ll guide you every step of the way.
